About Keyline

Keyline Homes was established by Malvin Chand in 2023 after founding MV Projects QLD earlier in 2020. MV Projects QLD held the portfolio of Carpentry Contracting mainly in new homes throughout Brisbane and carrying out Framing and Other carpentry works .

In 2023 Malvin decided to solely keep his focus on building quality and luxury homes. Since the establishment of Keyline Homes the company has seen great success and is set to succeed even more in the near future.   

With experience in both Building and Carpentry which purely means we have the one of the important trade in house to maintain quality at all times .

Our Experience

Experience company is defined by experience people behind it .

Such As Director Malvin Chand , He started as apprentice carpenter in 2013 in Auckland New Zealand in various custom homes from rise and builds to new homes and commercial projects . From 2013 to 2016 he gained experience in all aspect of building from either day one to setout foundations to final days of handover touch ups which lead to gaining BCITO Level 4 in building and construction and builder license . After that Malvin established Keyline Homes NZ in Auckland with also focusing on building quality custom projects till 2019 when moved to Brisbane with the passion of building quality beautiful homes like previous years .

Since 2020 Malvin has worked with Local builders as Site supervisor on custom homes while also establishing MV Projects QLD doing Carpentry Contracting with a skilled team of carpenter joining ever since developing a great working environment within the team .

Fast-forwarding March 2023 when Malvin established Keyline Homes again in Brisbane to carry on turning
